MAGIC - We DO NOT refund on Magic items. When you purchase a magic trick, you are purchasing it's secret. Magic secrets must remain secret. If the trick is defective we will replace that trick with a new one (EXACT replacement).
MAKE -UP - We DO NOT accept returns on ANY make-up products for health reasons.
WIGS - Wigs will be exchanged as long as they are in the original condition with all tags intact within 10 DAYS of receipt. If the wig has make-up on the bonnet or has been trimmed we CAN NOT exchange.
Special order wigs or sale items can not be returned.
Music cassettes or CD's, books or instructional videos ... can not be returned unless defective. (EXACT replacement only)
PRAISE 3 Sound System - MUST BE RETURNED in original double boxed carton for protection. You must call for instructions.
General Merchandise - There is a standard 10% restock fee on all returned items. Merchandise may not be returned after 30 days. If an item must be returned we will give you a credit towards future orders.
NO REFUNDS ...You will receive a credit for your return.
Customers are responsible for Shipping Cost both ways.
